FRIENDS + PORTRAITS = PARTY!
Got friends? Gather them together one day, and leave the rest to us!
Portrait parties are a great way to have us capture amazing photos of your children while keeping that conservative budget.
Two ways to participate:
Host a party (get a free session)
Hostess rewards and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Invite your friends! Pass out our guest information and send out invite emails.
- Clear an area in your home for shooting. (if applicable - or discuss location setting)
- Help with scheduling to avoid time gaps.
- Review guest list prior to even for accuracy.
- Work with photographer during session day to keep flow of sessions moving.
- (optional) Provide guests with snacks and drinks.

- 10% print credit on all packages purchased before and within 14 days after the party.
- Additional $50.00 credit when a guest books a party.

HOW IT WORKS...
As a host, call or email us for available party dates and determine a location. You can choose to host a party at your home or another location of your choice.
Once a date is determined, as the hostess you can choose a party theme:
Party themes
Classic Portraiture: Children are either nude, in a diaper cover or just in their casual clothes. One clothing change is permitted and session is just very natural. Backgrounds can be environmental (house, steps, street, etc) or you can ask us to bring a white, tan or black backdrop. In a Simple Portrait session, most often the goal is updated portraits of the children or to just capture expressions and emotions.
Silhouettes: a favorite around the studio are Simple Silhouettes sessions. Due to the lighting requirements this party would need to be indoors. The fun thing about silhouettes, is it is not just limited to a child's profile. We can bring tutus and we suggest pulling out some of your own items. Some suggested items we love to use in silhouette sessions are: sports gear, ballet gear, flowers, bubbles, angels wings and letters.
Mama and Me: What a great time to just spend with your children. Play with them, hug them, love them...and we will capture it all.
Black & White: This type of party is for simple portrait studies. We can bring a black or white backdrop or use the environment. All party sessions will be in black and white only. We suggest simple clothing, or for children under age 1 or you can opt for baby skin photos.
Seasonal: These sessions are based around the Holiday we are scheduling for. We can bring seasonal items to the party and help you coordinate the look you are going for. Great for holiday cards, Halloween costumes and Valentines Day.
Beach Day: Let's pack a bag and sand buckets and head to the beach!
Once a date is determined, we'll send you an email invitation that you can forward to your friends, and they can contact us and we will schedule their session and collect their deposit. All registered customers will get an email reminder and information for the day of the event.
Registration information:
All sessions must be booked prior to the party. Session times are first come first serve, therefore we suggest booking early. You can choose to book your session only and order a la carte after, or you can choose a package, that includes your session fee.

Sessions are 30 minutes and times are reserved on a first signup first scheduled basis!
$50 deposit for session or package is due to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due the day of the party.
On the day of the session we will bring everything we need to create amazing images. Based upon the location we will bring lights, backdrops and props if needed. Sessions are broken up into 30 minute sessions. If the child is fussy during the scheduled time, moms are free to switch photo times to accommodate each other's children.
Within 10 days of the party, images will be available for viewing online for all participants.
Orders can be delivered to the hostess or to the customer. Delivery times may vary and will be noted on the order.
